Ingredients:
• Chinese beans sprout- ½ cup
• Spring onion – ¾ cup, chopped
• green Capsicum – ½ cup, thinly sliced
• red Capsicum – ½ cup, thinly sliced
• Celery Stalks – ¼ cup, chopped
• fried noodles (broken roughly) – 4 cup
• For dressing:
• oil – 1 tbsp
• Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp
• dark soya sauce – 2 tsp
• Vinegar – 1 tbsp
• Honey – 1 tbsp
• Orange juice – 4 tbsp
• pepper to taste
• salt to taste
Method:
- Combine all the ingredients from bean sprouts to celery stalks together.
- Place it in a serving plate.
- Sprinkle noodles on top.
- Combine all the ingredients for dressing together.
- Pour over the salad and serve immediately.
