Ingredients:
• 4 – potatoes, steamed
• 1 tbsp – Rice flour
• 1/2 tbsp – besan
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 tsp – finely chopped Cilantro (coriander leaves)
• 1 cup – oil (to fry)
• A pinch – ajwain or Jeera
• Salt – to taste
Method:
- Mash the cooked potatoes well.
- Add rice flour, besan, chilli powder, cilantro, ajwain, and salt to the potatoes and mix well.
- Shape it into small balls and deep fry them in oil.
- Serve with tomato sauce or chutney.
