Ingredients:

• 4 – potatoes, steamed
• 1 tbsp – Rice flour
• 1/2 tbsp – besan
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 tsp – finely chopped Cilantro (coriander leaves)
• 1 cup – oil (to fry)
• A pinch – ajwain or Jeera
• Salt – to taste

Method:

  1. Mash the cooked potatoes well.
  2. Add rice flour, besan, chilli powder, cilantro, ajwain, and salt to the potatoes and mix well.
  3. Shape it into small balls and deep fry them in oil.
  4. Serve with tomato sauce or chutney.
