Ingredients:
• 2-3 – Dosas
• 1/2 – chopped Onion
• 1/2 – Tomato
• 1/2 – grated Carrot
• 1/2 bunch – finely cut coriander
• 2 tbsp – Sweet chutney
• 1 tbsp – Spicy chutney
• Lime juice (to taste)
Method:
- In a large mixing bowl, mix in chopped onions, tomatoes and the grated carrot.
- Add in the sweet chutney and spicy chutney. Mix well.
- Put this on each dosa.
- Sprinkle lime juice
- Garnish with coriander.
