
Ingredients:
• 2 – green bananas/plantains
• 1 – Bay Leaf
• 2 tsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• salt to taste
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
Method:
- Peel and cut the bananas into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a suitable pan, add bay leaf and fry for few minutes.
- Add the banana pieces and all the other ingredients.
- Mix well and fry on low heat turning occasionally.
- If necessary, sprinkle some water.
- Cover the vessel and cook until done.
