Ingredients:

• 2 – green bananas/plantains
• 1 – Bay Leaf
• 2 tsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• salt to taste
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp – chilli powder

Method:

  1. Peel and cut the bananas into small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a suitable pan, add bay leaf and fry for few minutes.
  3. Add the banana pieces and all the other ingredients.
  4. Mix well and fry on low heat turning occasionally.
  5. If necessary, sprinkle some water.
  6. Cover the vessel and cook until done.
