Ingredients:

• 1.5 cups – all-purpose flour
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 3/4 cup – butter, melted in room temperature
• 1 tsp – baking powder
• 1/4 cup – walnuts, chopped coarsely
• 1 tbsp – lavender
• Milk, as per need
• 1 pinch – salt

Method:

  1. Beat the butter until they turns soft, add the sugar and beat for few minutes more.
  2. Meanwhile, sieve the flour and baking powder, keep it aside.
  3. Now mix well the flour-baking powder mix, lavender, chopped walnuts, and salt.
  4. Sprinkle the milk and turn everything as a stiff dough.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350F, arrange a baking sheet over a baking tray.
  6. Make medium sized balls from the dough, flatten them in your palms and arrange over the lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the crust turns slightly brown.
