Ingredients:
• 1.5 cups – all-purpose flour
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 3/4 cup – butter, melted in room temperature
• 1 tsp – baking powder
• 1/4 cup – walnuts, chopped coarsely
• 1 tbsp – lavender
• Milk, as per need
• 1 pinch – salt
Method:
- Beat the butter until they turns soft, add the sugar and beat for few minutes more.
- Meanwhile, sieve the flour and baking powder, keep it aside.
- Now mix well the flour-baking powder mix, lavender, chopped walnuts, and salt.
- Sprinkle the milk and turn everything as a stiff dough.
- Preheat the oven to 350F, arrange a baking sheet over a baking tray.
- Make medium sized balls from the dough, flatten them in your palms and arrange over the lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the crust turns slightly brown.
