
Ingredients:
• 1 pound sweet Corn
• Oil for tempering,
• Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
• Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Jeera powder
• 1 tsp – Dhania powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter the jeera.
- Then add the asafoetida.
- Add corn to this.
- Once it softens add rest of the ingredients and mix with the corn.
- Cook for 2- 3 minutes and remove from fire.
- Add the lemon juice to it and serve.
