
Ingredients:
• 3 cups- cooked Crab Meat
• 2 cups- torn Lettuce leaves
• 1 tbsp Vinegar
• 1 tbsp Lemon juice
• Dressing-
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup Tomato ketchup
• 1 tbsp Tomato puree
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 1/8 tsp Tabasco sauce
• 1/4 tsp mustard
• Salt as per taste
• 1/8 tsp pepper powder
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients of the dressing in a jar and shake well.
- Chill it.
- Chill the crab meat.
- Before serving, place torn lettuce in a dish.
- Mix the vinegar and lemon juice.
- Pour it over the lettuce.
- In a bowl, mix crab meat and dressing.
- Spread coated crab meat over lettuce.
- Serve with bread toast.
