Ingredients:
• 1 can (14 oz) creamy chocolate sweetened condensed Milk
• 1/2 cup – water
• 1 tbsp – Corn starch
• 3 Egg yolks, slightly beaten
• 2 tbsp – margarine or Butter
• 1/2 tsp – vanilla extract
• 1 pkg (6 oz) pie crust
• whipped topping or whipped Cream
• creamy chocolate pie
Method:
- Stir together water and cornstarch. Keep aside.
- In sauce pan, combine sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks and stir in cornstarch mixture.
- Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until thick and bubbly for about 12-15 minutes.
- Remove from heat, stir in butter or margarine and vanilla.
- Spoon into pie crust.
- Chill 3 hours or until set.
- Top with whipped topping.
