Ingredients:
• Chicken – 1/2 kg
• Onion – 1
• Tomato – 1
• pepper Corn – 1 tbsp.
• Ginger – 1 inch piece.
• Garlic – 4 flakes.
• Red Chillies – 4.
• Dhaniya powder – 1/2 tsp.
• Cinnamon – 1 pieces.
• Clove – 2.
• Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp -.
• Curry leaves chopped – 1 tbsp.
• Coriander leaves chopped – 1 tbsp.
• oil – 1/4 cup.
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Clean and cut chicken into medium pieces.
- Grind separately tomatoes and onion and keep aside.
- Grind pepper corn, garlic, ginger, dhaniya, into fine paste.
- Marinate chicken with the ground masala for 45 mins to 1 hr adding salt.
- Pressure cook the chicken till it is 3/4 cooked.
- Heat oil in a kadai. Season with crushed spices.
- Add ground onion and saute till golden brown.
- Add tomato puree and cook till it becomes pulpy.
- Then add cooked chicken in it and cook till the gravy becomes thick.
- Garnish with chopped curry and coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with any kind of variety rice or Indian breads.
