Ingredients:
• 4 tbsp – Sugar
• 4 cups – water
• 4 tbsp – coffee
• To decorate:
• 4 tbsp – cream, grated chocolate
Method:
- Put the containers to chill.
- Melt the sugar in 1 cup of water and bring it to a boil.
- Sprinkle the gelatine over the boiling water and remove from the heat. Stir until the gelatine has dissolved.
- Stir well and pour into bowls. Chill.
- Decorate with double cream and, if you like, with grated chocolate.
