Ingredients:

• 4 tbsp – Sugar
• 4 cups – water
• 4 tbsp – coffee
• To decorate:
• 4 tbsp – cream, grated chocolate

Method:

  1. Put the containers to chill.
  2. Melt the sugar in 1 cup of water and bring it to a boil.
  3. Sprinkle the gelatine over the boiling water and remove from the heat. Stir until the gelatine has dissolved.
  4. Stir well and pour into bowls. Chill.
  5. Decorate with double cream and, if you like, with grated chocolate.
