Ingredients:

• 4 – bread slices
• Oil – for frying
• For Stuffing
• 3 – Potatoes, medium boiled and mashed
• 1 – Onion
• 2 – Green chillies, finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger, grated
• 1/2 – Capsicum
• 2 – Spring onions
• Coriander
• Salt – to taste
• 2 tsp – Soya sauce
• 2 tsp – Chilli sauce
• 1 tbsp – Vinegar

Method:

  1. For Stuffing:
  2. Take 1 tbsp oil in a shallow pan, add all ingredients for the stuffing, except potatoes and the sauces.
  3. Now add potatoes.
  4. Then add soya sauce, chilli sauce and vinegar.
  5. For Bread Packets:
  6. Take 1 slice of bread, dip it in water for a few seconds, gently press.
  7. Place one portion of the stuffing vertically in the center of the bread.
  8. Bring both sides of the bread slice together, squeeze out water thoroughly between two palms.
  9. Keep aside.
  10. Make 3 more packets.
  11. Deep fry till golden brown.
  12. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
