Ingredients:
• 1/2 bunch – Coriander leaves
• 150 g – Peanuts
• 1 to 2 – Green chillies
• 3 to 4 – Garlic pods
• 1 piece – Ginger
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp – Sugar
• Juice – one Lemon
Method:
- Chop the coriander leaves.
- Wash thoroughly.
- Chop green chillies, garlic and ginger finely.
- In a chutney grinder, crush the peanuts coarsely.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the crushed peanuts.
- Add a little water and grind for a few mins
- Check the consistency.
- Serve with meals or snacks.
