Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Maida flour
• 1 cup – Rice flour
• 1 cup – Rawa
• 1 cup – sour Butter milk
• 5 – Green chillies
• Salt to taste
• Hing – a pinch
• 1 tsp – jeera/cumin seeds
• 1 – (optional) Onion

Method:

  1. Mix all the above ingredients along with the required water and keep it aside for about 30 mins.
  2. Finely chop the onions and keep it aside.
  3. Heat the tawa and pour 1 ladle of batter and spread evenly in the tawa and sprinkle some chopped onions.
  4. Pour 1 tsp of oil and once one side of the dosa is cooked, turn it on the other side and cook it till the dosa is crisp.
