Ingredients:

• 1 cup – moong dal
• 1 cup – Wheat flour
• 15 cup – Ghee
• 25 cup – Sugar
• 25 cup – water

Method:

  1. Allow the water to boil. Add Moong dal to the boiling water and allow it to cook thoroughly. Mash the cooked dal nicely.
  2. Add sugar to the dal and mix it well.
  3. In a frying pan, add ghee and fry cashews.
  4. Now add wheat flour and fry it, till the color changes to brown.
  5. Add the moong dal mix to the frying pan and mix evenly with the wheat flour.
  6. Keep on stirring it so that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.
  7. When the ghee starts to separate, it is almost done.
  8. Dry Grapes, Cardamom can also be added.
