Ingredients:
• 1 cup – moong dal
• 1 cup – Wheat flour
• 15 cup – Ghee
• 25 cup – Sugar
• 25 cup – water
Method:
- Allow the water to boil. Add Moong dal to the boiling water and allow it to cook thoroughly. Mash the cooked dal nicely.
- Add sugar to the dal and mix it well.
- In a frying pan, add ghee and fry cashews.
- Now add wheat flour and fry it, till the color changes to brown.
- Add the moong dal mix to the frying pan and mix evenly with the wheat flour.
- Keep on stirring it so that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.
- When the ghee starts to separate, it is almost done.
- Dry Grapes, Cardamom can also be added.
