Ingredients:

• 2 cups – cabbage, long, chopped
• 1 – green chilli, long, chopped
• 4 to 5 – Curry leaves
• Some coriander
• 1 tbsp – oil
• Mustard (raai) seeds
• Cumin seeds
• Salt

Method:

  1. Take a pan, add oil, and once it is hot, add mustard to it. After the mustard pops, add cumin seeds.
  2. Add chillies and curry leaves.
  3. Now add cabbage and salt, and let it cook for some time. (If you add salt before, the curry won’t get burnt).
  4. Once it is cooked, add coriander, mix it, and serve it hot.
