Ingredients:

• 4 – Carrots
• 5 flakes – Garlic
• A small piece – Ginger
• Black pepper powder – to taste
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice.

Method:

  1. Peel the skin of the carrots, of garlic and ginger.
  2. In a bowl add chopped carrot, garlic, ginger and add 1/2 cup of water.
  3. Pressure cook till 3 whistles.
  4. Once cool, remove the ginger and grind the rest in a mixer into a smooth paste.
  5. Add 2-3 cups of water to this.
  6. Boil and add salt and pepper.
  7. Just before serving add lemon juice.
