Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Fresh Orange juice or concentrated juice (As required)
• 1 – Banana (ripe), cubed
• 2 cups – Milk
• 2 tbsp – Sugar to taste
Method:
- Squeeze fresh orange, take the juice and mix it with required amount of sugar. (or follow orange juice recipe here)
- Pour orange juice into popsicle moulds (fill only half the mould) and freeze it for two hour or until solid.
- Meanwhile combine banana, milk, and sugar in a blender. Puree until smooth, refrigerate until cold.
- After two hours pour the banana milkshake into the remaining portion of the popsicle mould to fill it.
- Freeze it for minimum four hours or overnight.
- To serve, run warm water over the mould or keep the mould in a bowl of warm water for a few seconds or until the popsicle loosens from the mould.
- Serve immediately.
