Ingredients:

• Seasoning: curry leaves, mustard and cumin
• 1 – Bay Leaf
• 1/4 tsp – black cumin
• A few – pepper Corn
• 2 inch piece – Cinnamon stick
• 4 – Cloves
• 1/2 cup – Onions
• 1.5 cups – minced Cauliflower
• 1/2 cup – Green peas
• 1/2 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/8 tsp – Turmeric
• 15 – almonds, ground
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 2 pinches – aamchoor powder
• 2 pinches – dry Fenugreek leaves
• 2 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan, season with dry spices
  2. Add onions and fry till translucent
  3. Add ginger garlic paste
  4. Add minced cauliflower and green peas, fry on high, add red chilli powder, salt and turmeric. Saute and mix well
  5. Pour the almond milk, add garam masala, amchur powder and fenugreek leaves
  6. Mix well, cover and cook till cauliflower is done
