
Ingredients:
• Seasoning: curry leaves, mustard and cumin
• 1 – Bay Leaf
• 1/4 tsp – black cumin
• A few – pepper Corn
• 2 inch piece – Cinnamon stick
• 4 – Cloves
• 1/2 cup – Onions
• 1.5 cups – minced Cauliflower
• 1/2 cup – Green peas
• 1/2 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/8 tsp – Turmeric
• 15 – almonds, ground
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 2 pinches – aamchoor powder
• 2 pinches – dry Fenugreek leaves
• 2 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, season with dry spices
- Add onions and fry till translucent
- Add ginger garlic paste
- Add minced cauliflower and green peas, fry on high, add red chilli powder, salt and turmeric. Saute and mix well
- Pour the almond milk, add garam masala, amchur powder and fenugreek leaves
- Mix well, cover and cook till cauliflower is done
