
Ingredients:
• 3/4 cup – mashed Avocado
• 3/4 cup – Sugar
• 1 cup – flour
• 3 tbsp – Butter
• 1.5 cup – bitter sweet chocolate
• 1/2 tsp – instant coffee granules
• 5 tbsp – hot water
• 1 tsp – vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp – baking soda
• 1 tsp – baking powder
• Salt – to taste
Method:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Sieve all the dry ingredients.
- In a microwaveable bowl, add chocolate chips and butter. Microwave till they are melted by stirring every 1 minute.
- Add the coffee granules to the melted chocolate and mix.
- In a bowl add sugar, mashed avocado, vanilla, melted chocolate mixture and hot water one by one.
- Whisk the mixture till they are well blended.
- Add the dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
- Stir until well combined.
- Don’t over mix.
- Pour the mixture in a 8×8 inch pan and even the surface.
- Bake brownies for 25 minutes or till a toothpick inserted in the centre will come out either clean or with only a few crumbs clinging to it.
- Leave the brownies in the pan until it is completely (this is a must) cooled.
- You can refrigerate for an hour to get pretty squares.
