Ingredients:

• 1 – big Capsicum
• 1 – big Onion
• 2 – Aloo
• 1 – Tomato
• 1/2 tsp – Coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin Powder
• Salt
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp- Chilli powder
• 1 tsp- Garam Masala
• 1 tbsp- Kasuri Methi
• Oil
• 1 tsp – Chilli sauce and Tomato sauce
• 1/2 tsp – Food Colour (Red)

Method:

  1. Cut all the vegetable into big pieces.
  2. First off, deep fry the aloo and keep it aside.
  3. In a kadai, fry the onions, capsicum and tomatoes till they are cooked.
  4. Now put the fried aloo, turmeric powder, salt, chilli powder and mix it well.
  5. After 5 minutes, add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, kasuri methi. Mix it well and close the lid for 3 mins.
  6. Then put some tomato sauce, chilli sauce, food colour and mix well.
  7. Serve hot with rotis or parathas.
