
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – spinach, finely shredded
• 1.5 cup – onions, sliced
• 2 – green chillies, chopped
• 4 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 cup – coconut, grated freshly
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 1 sprig – Curry leaves
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl expect lemon juice. Heat a non-stick pan, add all the ingredients and saute till spinach is soft and cooked. Add the lemon juice and salt and mix well.
- Remove from heat and serve with rice or chapatti.
