Ingredients
– 2 bowl garlic cloves
– 2 tablespoon red chili powder
– 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
– Juice of 1 lemon
– Salt to taste
How To Cook?
1. In a blender, add red chili powder, garlic cloves, sesame seeds, lemon juice and salt and make a smooth, thick paste from it.
2. Remove it from the grinder and serve the red garlic chutney with different hot or cold snacks.
3. Red garlic chutney can also be stored in an airtight jar.
Additional Tips
– The consistency of the chutney is thick.
– If desired add 2 tablespoons of melted ghee to change the consistency.
