Ingredients:

• Tender Coconut – 2
• condensed Milk – 1 tin
• Milk – 1/2 litre
• china grass – 1 packet (10 g)
• Sugar – 5 tbsp
• lmonds – 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Chop the tender coconut and peeled almonds.
  2. Boil milk with condensed milk and sugar. Let it cool.
  3. Boil tender coconut water with China grass till it dissolves without leaving behind any lumps.
  4. Mix milk, China grass solution along with the tender coconut and almonds in a tray. Refrigerate it.
  5. Serve chill.
