Ingredients:
• Tender Coconut – 2
• condensed Milk – 1 tin
• Milk – 1/2 litre
• china grass – 1 packet (10 g)
• Sugar – 5 tbsp
• lmonds – 1/2 cup
Method:
- Chop the tender coconut and peeled almonds.
- Boil milk with condensed milk and sugar. Let it cool.
- Boil tender coconut water with China grass till it dissolves without leaving behind any lumps.
- Mix milk, China grass solution along with the tender coconut and almonds in a tray. Refrigerate it.
- Serve chill.
