Ingredients:

• 2 cups – minced Meat
• 2 – onions, chopped
• 1 Clove – garlic, crushed
• 1/4 tsp – chilli sauce (optional)
• 1.5 cups – Tomato juice
• 1/2 cup – Tomato puree
• 1 cup – cheese
• 1/8 tsp – Oregano
• Salt as per taste
• 1/4 tsp – black pepper powder
• 1 tbsp – Butter

Method:

  1. Heat butter in a pan and fry onion till transparent.
  2. Add meat and crushed garlic. Simmer till meat is brown.
  3. Add tomato juice and tomato puree. Add oregano, salt, pepper and chilli sauce.
  4. Stir for 2-3 minutes. Add cheese and cook till it melts and desired thickness is achieved.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips or nacho chips.
