Ingredients:

• 1/2 can – Tomato puree
• 1 – Onion (chopped lengthwise)
• 3 cups – Cooked Basmati Rice
• 3/4 cup – Paneer pieces
• 1 tbsp – Soya sauce
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1/2 tsp – Pepper powder
• 1/4 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 tbsp – Coriander leaves, chopped
• 2 – Bay leaves, Cloves and Cinnamon sticks
• Oil
• Salt

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a large pan, add the bay leaves, cloves and cinnamon sticks. Saute.
  2. Add the onion pieces, tomato puree with soya sauce, garam masala powder, salt, pepper powder and red chilli powder.
  3. Saute until the oil separates.
  4. Add the paneer cubes and toss gently for a while.
  5. Add the rice, chopped coriander leaves and mix gently.
