Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Maida
• 1/2 cup – refined oil
• 2 cup – Sugar
• 2 pinches – Cardamom powder
• 8 – Cashew nut
• 1 pinch – colour
• 2 cup – water
• Ghee – for flavour
Method:
- Blend maida with oil, add cashew nut & cook in a thick bottom vessel.
- Cook till the cashew nuts get golden colour.
- At the same time add sugar in water and boil well.
- Add this syrup to the maida mixture & mix well till it gets a halwa consistency.
- Finely add cardamom powder and ghee.
- Halwa is ready to serve.
