Ingredients:
• 6 Mango slices
• 250 gms – canned Pineapple slices
• 1 cup – Pineapple juice
• 200 ml – Coconut Milk
• Pineapple slices to garnish
Method:
- Crush the pineapple and mango slices and mix with the pineapple juice in a large jug.
- Gently pour the coconut milk in the jug. Whisk until well mixed.
- To serve, place lots of crushed ice into individual tall glasses.
- Garnish with pineapple slices.
- Serve immediately.
