Ingredients:
• 250 g – soya greens (dill), washed and chopped fine
• 2 tbsp – Channa dal, boiled, but whole
• 1 to 2 – whole red peppers
• 1 tbsp – oil or Ghee
• 1 tsp – ginger, finely chopped
• 1 tsp – salt or to taste
Method:
- Heat the oil/ghee in a pan.
- Add the red peppers and ginger.
- Saute till peppers darken a bit.
- Keeping the heat high add the dill leaves, dal and salt and mix well.
- Stir fry till cooked through and serve.
