Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp – Poppy Seeds
• 2 tbsp – Quinoa
• 5 – Red Chillies
• 2 tbsp – Coriander seeds
• 2 tsp – Channa dal
• 1 tsp – Urad Dal
• Salt
Method:
- Dry roast the poppy seeds and quinoa together until they change colour, keep aside.
- Let it cool.
- Heat few drops of oil and roast the coriander seeds, channa dal, urad dal, red chillies.
- Grind everything with salt until bit coarse powder.
