Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp – Poppy Seeds
• 2 tbsp – Quinoa
• 5 – Red Chillies
• 2 tbsp – Coriander seeds
• 2 tsp – Channa dal
• 1 tsp – Urad Dal
• Salt

Method:

  1. Dry roast the poppy seeds and quinoa together until they change colour, keep aside.
  2. Let it cool.
  3. Heat few drops of oil and roast the coriander seeds, channa dal, urad dal, red chillies.
  4. Grind everything with salt until bit coarse powder.
