Ingredients:

• 1 litre – skimmed Milk
• 1 tsp – low fat Curd

Method:

  1. Boil milk in a pan.
  2. When it begins to boil, add low fat curd and stir well.
  3. Remove from heat and stir gently until the milk curdles.
  4. Strain, put the curdled milk on a muslin cloth and hang for about 1/2 hour to drain the whey.
  5. Use as required.
