
Ingredients:
• 1 litre – skimmed Milk
• 1 tsp – low fat Curd
Method:
- Boil milk in a pan.
- When it begins to boil, add low fat curd and stir well.
- Remove from heat and stir gently until the milk curdles.
- Strain, put the curdled milk on a muslin cloth and hang for about 1/2 hour to drain the whey.
- Use as required.
