
Ingredients:
• 500 g – besan (gram flour)
• 200 g – Methi bhaji (fenugreek leaves)
• 100 g – Coriander leaves
• 10 g – Garam Masala
• 10 g – Coriander seeds
• 5 g – Green chillies
• 5 g – Black Peppercorns
• salt to taste
• oil for frying
Method:
- Mix all ingredients with water, except oil.
- Make a dropping consistency batter. Heat oil.
- Drop approximately 3 inch bulbs of batter carefully in hot oil.
- Fry till light brown on both sides.
- Blot excess oil on tissues.
- Serve with ketchup or tamarind chutney.
