Ingredients:

• 1 – raw mango, grated
• 2 cup – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• Chilli powder
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Take a thick bottom pan, grease it with oil and heat the pan. Add the grated raw mango and stir for a minute.
  2. Add sugar to the mango and stir it well until the mango dissolves the sugar.
  3. Add water to the mixture and stir well.
  4. Add 1 tsp of lemon juice, a pinch salt and a pinch of chilli powder to the mixture and keep stirring, so that the mixture does not stick to the bottom.
  5. Cook till it solidifies.
  6. Enjoy this jam with bread or chapatti.
