Ingredients:

• 3 cups – poha.
• 1 – small-sized potato.
• 1 – small-sized onion.
• 1 – carrot.
• 2 tbsp – oil.
• Salt – to taste.
• 1 tsp – sugar.
• 1/2 tsp – Haldi powder.
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder.
• 1/4 tsp – chaat masala.
• a few Cauliflower pieces.
• 1 – small-sized tomato.
• a few curry leaves.
• a few chopped Dhania pattas.
• a few chopped Cabbage leaves.
• 1/2 tsp – chopped ginger.
• 1/2 tsp – chopped garlic.

Method:

  1. Wash the poha, drain out all the water.
  2. Take a pan and heat the oil. Put some curry leaves into the pan.
  3. When it splutters, then add onion and fry till light brown.
  4. Now, add chopped ginger and garlic and fry for a few seconds.
  5. Then, add all vegetables except the tomato.
  6. Now, add all the dry masalas.
  7. Fry them well for a few minutes, then add the tomato. Fry it well.
  8. When it is soft, add poha.
  9. Mix and cook for a few minutes.
  10. Garnish it with chopped dhania patta and serve hot with tomato sauce.
