Ingredients:
• 1 Cauliflower , medium size
• 1 tsp- chili powder
• 1 tsp- coriander powder
• ½ tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp- ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp- curry leaves, finely chopped
• 3 to 4 tbsp- Rice flour
• 2 to 3 tbsp- besan (chick pea flour)
• salt to taste
Method:
- Cut cauliflower into medium size pieces. Boil in salted water till half cooked. Drain from water.
- Add all the ingredients from chili powder to curry leaves to the cauliflower and mix well.
- Mix rice flour and besan and sprinkle on cauliflower. Sprinkle some water and mix so that all the masala coats the cauliflower pieces.
- Deep fry in oil until crisp and golden brown.
