Ingredients:

• 1 cup – finely chopped Pineapple.
• 2 cups – Fresh Curds.
• 2 tbsps – Milk.
• 2 tbsps – Sugar.
• 1/2 cup – Fresh Cream.
• A dash of pepper.
• Salt.

Method:

  1. Hang the curds for around half an hour till the water drains off.
  2. Take the hung curd in a bowl and beat well till it is even.
  3. Add the milk, sugar, salt, pepper and fresh cream.
  4. Put in the refrigerator.
  5. Add the pineapple in the curds just before serving.
