Ingredients:

• 1 – Mango (big)
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/4 tsp – Asafoetida
• 1/2 tsp – Vinegar
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1-2 – whole Red Chillies
• 1/2 tsp – Fenugreek
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – oil
• Few Curry leaves

Method:

  1. Clean and cut the mangoes into small cubes.
  2. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida, vinegar and salt.
  3. Mix all these together.
  4. Heat oil in a kadai.
  5. Add cumin seeds, fenugreek, red chillies, curry leaves and mustard seeds.
  6. Allow it to splutter.
  7. Once done, add it to the mangoes.
  8. Check if salty and spicy enough and serve.
