
Ingredients:
• 1 – Mango (big)
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/4 tsp – Asafoetida
• 1/2 tsp – Vinegar
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1-2 – whole Red Chillies
• 1/2 tsp – Fenugreek
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – oil
• Few Curry leaves
Method:
- Clean and cut the mangoes into small cubes.
- Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida, vinegar and salt.
- Mix all these together.
- Heat oil in a kadai.
- Add cumin seeds, fenugreek, red chillies, curry leaves and mustard seeds.
- Allow it to splutter.
- Once done, add it to the mangoes.
- Check if salty and spicy enough and serve.
