Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp – gelatine
• Mix together:
• 4 cups – Tomato juice
• 1/4 tsp – crushed Ginger
• 1/4 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – chilli sauce
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• Salt as per taste
• Make a mixture of:
• 1 cup – finely chopped boiled eggs
• 1/4 cup – chopped Tomatoes
• 1/4 cup – chopped Capsicum
• 1/2 cup – chopped Celery
• 1/4 cup – chopped Onion
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1 tbsp – Vinegar

Method:

  1. Add 2 tbsps gelatine in 1/2 cup tomato juice.
  2. Bring to boil the remaining 3.5 cups of tomato juice.
  3. Add the dissolved gelatine in the boiling juice.
  4. Add the remaining mixed ingredients. Stir well.
  5. Let it boil for 2 minutes. Remove from fire. Pour into a mould.
  6. Let it set in the refrigerator for 10 hours.
  7. Unmold and serve.
