
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – besan
• 1 cup – Rice flour
• 3-4 Garlic Cloves
• 2 green pepper
• Sugar and salt to taste
• 1 tsp – eno fruit salt
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• To Garnish:
• Cilantro (finely chopped)
• Fresh grated Coconut
• Oil and mustard seasoning
Method:
- Mix besan and rice flour together. And turmeric powder, salt and sugar.
- Blend ginger and garlic to a paste and add to the flour mixture.
- Add water to form a batter.
- Boil water in the cooker.
- Grease a container with a drop of oil pour the batter and now add 1 tsp Eno fruit salt.
- Close the lid of the cooker.
- Remove the top weight of the cooker. Pressure cook for ten minutes.
- Cool it and garnish with Cilantro, fresh coconut.
- Sprinkle oil and mustard seasoning on the top. Serve hot with chutney.
