
Ingredients:
• 10 – Bread slices (cubed)
• 1 – Onion (chopped)
• 1 – Tomato (chopped)
• 1 – Green chilli (slit in two)
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seed powder
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1 tsp – Tandoori masala powder
• 2 – Bay Leaves
• 2 – Cloves
• 2 – Cardamoms
• 1 tbsp – Mint leaves (chopped)
• Salt
• Oil
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degree Fahrenheit.
- Arrange the cubed bread slices over a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until they turn crispy and golden brown.
- Meanwhile heat enough oil; fry the bay leaves, cloves, and cardamoms.
- Add the onions, tomatoes, slit opened green chilli, ginger garlic paste and saute until the onions turn translucent.
- Lower the flame to simmer immediately and add the cumin seed powder, garam masala powder and tandoori masala powder and saute for few minutes.
- Add the crispy cubed bread pieces to the mixture and cook until the bread slices are mixed well.
- Garnish with chopped mint leaves and serve immediately.
