Ingredients:
• 3 to 4 – ram toris
• 2 – Onions
• 2 – Tomatoes
• 2 – Green chillies
• Jeera
• Salt
• Garam Masala
• Desi Ghee or Amul Butter
Method:
- Chop the onions into small pieces.
- Put 3-4 tsps desi ghee or Amul butter in kadai. Heat it. Put jeera in it on low flame.
- Put chopped onions and green chillies.
- Cook them until they turn golden brown.
- Then add chopped tomatoes.
- Prepare a smooth paste.
- Then add chopped toris.
- Add salt and turmeric powder and mix well.
- Cover the kadai and cook on low flame.
- Stir the subzi after 2-3 minutes.
- The toris start leaving the water when the subzi gets cooked completely.
- Then cook the subzi without cover for 5 minutes so that it gets dry.
- Add garam masala.
