Ingredients:
• Ricotta Cheese – 16 oz
• Ghee – 2 – 3 tbsp
• Sugar – 2 – 2.5 cups
• Condensed Milk – 1 can
Method:
- Heat the cheese in a non-stick pan until it becomes slightly brittle
- Add the ghee and sugar and mix thoroughly
- Wait for the mixture to become light brownish and then add condensed milk
- Boil till it becomes a semi-solid
- Cool and refrigerate.
