
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Chicken
• 3 tbsp – Worcester sauce
• 1 tsp – soya sauce
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• Mix all the above ingredients and put in the refrigerator previous night or 2 to 3 hours before cooking
• 2 – onions, medium size
• 10-12 – Green chillies
• 1 – capsicum, large size
• 2 bunches – Coriander leaves
• Pepper to taste
• Oil as required
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Put 3 tbsp of oil in a kadai, add onions, and fry till golden brown. Add 10 or 12 green chillies, one capsicum cut into pieces, and fry them. Add the marinated chicken pieces, and let it boil.
- Add two bunches of coriander leaves and a little china salt and fry on low flame. Add pepper powder if necessary.
