
Ingredients:
• 2 – chicken, breast pieces
• 2 – medium sized Tomatoes
• 1 cup – yogurt
• 1/2 cup – oil
• 1 bunch – green coriander for garnishing
• 2 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 tbsp – Tomato puree
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1 tsp – salt
Method:
- Cut chicken into 1-inch size pieces.
- Take yogurt in a bowl. Put chicken pieces in and mix it well.
- In pressure pan heat oil, then add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste. Fry for 2 mins, then add chopped tomatoes and fry for another 2 mins.
- Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and fry for a few minutes again.
- Add marinated chicken pieces, the remaining yogurt and fry till the chicken becomes white in colour.
- Now pressure cook for 10 mins till chicken becomes tender.
- Garnish with green coriander.
- Serve with roti or rice.
