Ingredients:

• 2 – radishes
• 2 – green Capsicums
• 1 – big Carrot
• 1/4 cup – finely chopped green Onions
• Salt as per taste
• Freshly ground black pepper
• 2 tbsp – Olive oil
• 2 tbsp – Lemon juice

Method:

  1. Grate radish, capsicum and carrot.
  2. Mix all the ingredients well.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Serve chilled.
