Ingredients:

• 150 g – Sweet Potato
• 150 g – Raw banana
• 50 g – Rawa
• 25 g – Jaggery
• 25 g – Tamarind pulp
• pinch – salt
• Oil for cooking

Method:

  1. Peel, cut and boil the sweet potato and raw bananas. Mash them well.
  2. Add salt, tamarind pulp, and grated jaggery. Mix well.
  3. Make small balls with the mixture and flatten them like tikki.
  4. Roll these tikki in rava.
  5. Shallow-fry and serve with any chutney.
