
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Channa atta
• 2.25 cups – Sugar
• 1/2 cup – water
• 1 cup – Ghee
Method:
- Pour 1/2 cup ghee in a kadai, add channa atta and roast it on a low flame till it turns golden brown. Keep aside.
- Make sugar syrup of single string consistency.
- Add the roasted channa atta and keep stirring.
- Add the remaining ghee little by little till the mixture thickens and ghee separates out.
- Pour the mixture into a greased tray.
- Cool for 2 mins and sprinkle 2 tsp of sugar on the mixture.
