Ingredients:
• 400 g – Raw Mango
• 500ml – Milk
• 100g – Sugar
• 1- Cardamom pod
• 200ml – Water
Method:
- Peel and chop the Raw Mango.
- To this, add water and allow the mangoes to stew.
- When it is almost cooked, add sugar.
- Cook until sugar dissolves.
- Boil milk, reduce flame and allow milk to simmer until reduced to half.
- Add crushed cardamom.
- Allow the stewed mango and reduced milk to cool separately.
- When cool, blend together and chill in the refrigerator.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
