Ingredients:
• 1 – pomegranate, cleaned.
• 1 – chilled club soda.
• 2 scoops – vanilla ice cream.
Method:
- Extract pure juice from pomegranate. Use a fruit extractor or through a sieve.
- Pour into two pre-chilled glasses.
- Put one scoop of ice cream into each glass.
- Top with 1/2 cup of finely crushed ice in each.
- Pour half soda into each glass.
- Serve fresh while still fizzy.
